Return policy:

Returns of damaged in shipment only. We must be contacted with photos of the damaged package and item. All returns must be approved.

Custom Orders:

All orders must be paid in full with the order. The design will be sent and must be approved by the customer before completing the order. No refunds or returns once the order has been approved.
