Wade fishing strap.  This strap has everything you need to wade fish:

Adjustable strap w/padded neoprene shoulder, plier’s holder, velcro loop for stringer, stainless steel ring for fish gripper or net, loop for stringer pin and rod holder w/velcro to secure rod.
